Welcome to A2ZTradersSearch bot guide.

Make AIM your marketplace for searching sellers and buyers. If you want to sell or buy something and were looking out for some good deal then you can use this bot to reach out the potential people who were looking out for your service.

What does this mean?

If you want to sell/buy anything such as

· Book

· An ipod or an mp3 player

· Laptop

· Music system

· A bike or a car

· You wish to be a freelancer and offering your services to clients / Want to get some software written

· Offer tuitions / training programs

· On lookout for an apartment in a nearby location for a good deal

And the list goes endless………….. (anything legal under the Sun J )

How the bot works ?

For Buyers

Example: Say, I wish to buy a Compaq laptop and I want to purchase from people within US.

Whether you want to search (or) wish that the sellers contact you, the obvious step is step1.

Step1: You’ll have to register the item which you want to buy.

a. When you just get started, ping the bot with some message and it will show you main menu as in the below screen.

b. Now that you want to register the item, choose option 1 (Register my item)

c. The following screen shot shows the subsequent options selected here.

d. While setting up the search tags, it is very important to be choosy in having appropriate tags for your item.

e. If you are looking for a seller in your country (e.g. USA here) please type the country name. If you are looking for someone who can sell you things online, then type ONLINE as the response to the question on location.

f. Congrats now your item is registered! You can proceed to step2.

Step2: Now, you can search for the buyers

a. From the main menu, type 2 followed by ENTER

b. Now, the bot will ask your item’s registration number.

c. Enter the number that you got in the above step and press enter

d. If there are any matching sellers who wish to sell the laptop in US (in this case), they will be shown.

Now that you have got the sellers details you can drop an email or ping him/her over over AIM and get the laptop for a good deal !

If you are a very busy person with no time to search for sellers and contact them, its ok !

Now, you have registered yourself as a potential buyer for the item so sellers will contact you so no big deal. Don’t you agree J

Please choose the search tags and the location carefully because the you will be able to search or get searched only if atleast one of your tag matches the sellers tag and your location and seller’s location make a match.

For Sellers

Example: Say, I want to sell a Compaq laptop and I want to sell it to people within US.

Trouble shooting

1. If the bot doesn’t respond to your request, then its possible that you are running your AIM client is unable to connect to the server. (or)

2. The bot has already signed off but your client hasn’t got refreshed (or)

3. The bot has got disconnected due to poor internet connection which isn’t shown up in your AIM client yet.
